Atlanta can anyone direct me to help with a rescue dog who needs medical attention, money is short til next mo

He is a Lab mix, older, his breath is fowl. and he's staggering alot, dragging a back leg, underweight but alert and eating eagerly. This has happened over a couple of weeks, don't think its a hit by a car thing. Don't want to put him down if not needed, any suggestions?
