For a Lineman you want to do strength training. So figure out your max (the most you can do once. You will want to do 5-7 sets of 3-5 reps with 85% of that weight. but most importantly you have to do tons of good ole PUSH UPS. The more the better. Use good form (flat back), and fully extend your arms. You will notice the difference in just a week or so.
