Ford fiesta 1.4 tdci or tata manza aura diesel?

at first glance you would say fiesta clic is gr8 n when i sat in that car i loved it BUT people say ford maintenance cost is too much plus you get so much space in tata manza BUT its tata. so can someone tell me from their personal experiences which one should i go for.Both cost about same .
