How often do girls have nocturnal emissions?

Nocturnal Emissions are also known as wet dreams. Doctors and Scientists have not really studied this subject. Only a few facts are doented about "wet dreams." How often do women have wet dreams? Lets say from the age of 20 - 45. Please post a response.
